How will the gift be delivered?
We deliver to any location in Romania by courier.
Delivery is free for orders over 300 RON.
Gifts are shipped in 1-2 days for products in stock.
You can also choose delivery on a specific date, by mentioning the date in the specially dedicated section of the YOUR CART page.
For orders larger than 100 gifts, the shipping time may increase to 4-5 days depending on the volume of orders. We will contact you in advance to mutually agree on the exact delivery date.
If desired, the gifts can also be received in person from the HOUSE OF GIFTS warehouse in Braศov through a firm order placed and previously paid for and a pick-up appointment confirmed by a HOUSE OF GIFTS consultant

How do I order?
The order for the listed products can be placed:
- Online, by choosing the products directly on our website houseofgifts.ro
- By phone, at phone numbers: 0753525870 / 0756082898
- Email, sent to contact@houseofgifts.ro , containing the type and quantity of desired products, delivery address and billing data
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are:
- online card payment - the security of the transaction is ensured by the STRIPE PAYMENTS online payment processor
- bank transfer by payment order - after completing the order you will receive an email with the proforma invoice. Payment of the order can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice
- cash on delivery, to the courier, available only for orders that do not exceed the value of 1000 RON
Is it safe to pay by card online in the House Of Gifts store?
Your online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to securely transmit your personal and credit card information.
All orders are processed through a secure payment system provided by STRIPE PAYMENTS.
Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment services are secure and managed by STRIPE PAYMENTS
How do I add my video or audio message to the gift?
After completing the order, by accessing the link on the order confirmation page or in the confirmation email, you will be directed to our platform to upload your video or audio message.
The message can be recorded directly in our platform using the camera of your phone or laptop.
The message can be pre-recorded and uploaded to our platform via a file in any video format (MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.)
If desired, you can upload the video file to any platform of your choice (eg Youtube, Vimeo, own website, etc.). You only have to send us its link, and we will print it in QR format on a card that will accompany the gift.
Upon receiving the gift, the recipient will scan the QR code with their phone and view your message
What is the return procedure?
The customer announces the intention to return by phone 0753525870 / 0756082898 or by e-mail contact@houseofgifts.ro . After notification, we determine if the products are eligible to initiate the return process.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
After receiving the package, we will refund the related amount within 5 days to the same payment instrument used when placing the initial order.
